This is a Fenton Art Carnival Glass "Stretch"
Footed Salver Compote in "Grecian Gold."
It has a slight twist and a slight tilt.
ca 1921-28
Size: 6 3/8" Dia.

I photographed it in bright light and low light, for effect.
There is a beautiful rainbow happening in the bowl!
